How We Create Content
This page explains how the content on meditationaudio.org is made, so you can judge how far to trust it. We would rather tell you our process plainly than ask you to take the articles on faith.
Our aim
Every page is written to be useful first and to rank second. Before we publish, we ask what a reader actually needs on the topic, what we can add that is not already on the first page of results, and where the honest limits of the advice are. If a page would only repeat what is everywhere else, we do not publish it.
How a page is made
- We map the question behind the search, including the parts people do not type, and decide what a complete, honest answer includes.
- We draft the page, and we use writing automation to assist that drafting.
- A person reviews every draft for accuracy, tone, and safety before it goes live, and edits or rejects anything that does not meet the standard.
- We revisit pages over time and update them when facts, evidence, or best practice change.
Use of automation
We use AI tools to help draft and structure articles. We do not publish automated output unchanged. A human reviews each piece, checks claims, and is responsible for what appears. Where a topic touches health or wellbeing, that review is stricter, and we aim to keep statements consistent with established professional understanding rather than novelty.
Sourcing and accuracy
- We do not invent statistics, studies, or personal test results. If we cannot stand behind a number, we leave it out or describe the uncertainty.
- Where we reference research or authoritative guidance, we point to recognised bodies rather than to competing content sites.
- We distinguish what has evidence from what is traditional or comfort-based, and we say which is which rather than blurring them.
Health topics
Meditation, hypnosis, and sleep sit close to health, so we treat them with care. Our content is educational and never a substitute for medical or psychological care. We flag when a reader should see a professional, and we avoid promising outcomes that a recording or article cannot deliver. See our disclaimer for the full position and support resources.
